Chef Marcus Hamblett worked as a chef instructor at New England Culinary Institute since 2003. Chef Marcus was responsbile for production of plated and buffet style banquets with students and staff. He held classroom lectures, taught banquet menu development, food ordering, preparation and the importance of timing.

Before NECI, Chef Marcus spent some time in Key West cooking for the Hilton REsort & Marina and at Timothy Ryan Enterprises.

Chef Marcus has extensive experience in the culinary industry and was not only an instructor at NECI but also a gradute in the class of 1995.

Chef Marcus has made various public appearances on WCAX Channel 3 Television, Champlain Valley Exposition as well as Business People and Vermont Magazine.

And did I mention, he is a master ice carver!
